Apologetics and Worldview Mind Games Cruise Print E-mail

JUNE 24-JULY 1, 2012

Join Kerby Anderson, Dr. Ray Bohlin and Sue Bohlin for a week of exceptional Caribbean beauty and fun as we help you think biblically. Strengthen your understanding of why Christianity is true and how it applies to today's issues as we enjoy God's marvelous creation.

In addition to worldview and apologetics sessions onboard Royal Caribbean's magnificent Freedom of the Seas, your ticket includes two private group excursions. We will enjoy Jamaica's #1 attraction, climbing famous Dunn's River Falls (or clap and cheer for those who do), followed by river tubing and lunch. In Grand Cayman's stunning crystal blue waters, we'll get up-close and personal with friendly sting rays, snorkel the beautiful Coral Gardens, and enjoy lunch on one of the Caribbean's loveliest beaches as Dr. Bohlin explains "The Truth About Global Warming." We'll also have a beach day in Haiti and visit Cozumel, Mexico.

Topics to be covered include:
• How We Know Christianity Is True
• The Problem of Evil and Suffering
• Why We Can Trust the Bible is God's Word
• Why Darwinism Doesn't Work
• A Christian Perspective on Hot Topics

Comments from 2011 Cruise

"This was my first Mind Games experience as well as my first cruise, and they both blew my mind. The seminars and the cruise were able to intertwine with each other in such a way where people not involved in the conference could ask questions and attend meetings. Not only did the seminars with Ray and Sue give us some amazing insight into other world views but they helped us dive deeper into key aspects of the truth in the Bible and the divinity of our savior Jesus Christ. I experienced so many new things during this cruise, from coffee and escargot to swimming with stingrays and snorkeling in a coral reef. Throughout this entire experience the one thing that I enjoyed most of all was the fellowship we experienced with each other at dinner each night. Not only was the food fantastic but the sharing of everyone's day and their experiences brought the nine of us closer together through God's amazing grace and utter brilliance." [Hunter Porter]

"I stepped onto the ship for the Mind Games cruise not fully knowing what to expect. What I found was that it takes less than a week for God to create a family, especially when their hearts share the same desires. This desire is to love God with your heart and to know with your mind why you trust in him. As an aspiring Biology teacher, it is necessary for me to expand my mind within the realms of the scientific world as God created it. Mind Games, and the knowledge and compassion of Dr. Ray Bohlin and Sue Bohlin, provided me with ideas and evidence to help me defend my faith when up against the secular views of science and other world views. Furthermore, having the conference on a cruise was valuable (not to mention lots of fun) because we were able to go out and experience the beautiful, diverse world that our Lord created and then come back and discuss it." [Casie Jones]

"For our first cruise, Freedom of the Seas was an incredible choice! They provided wonderful accommodations, fabulous food, and a variety of activities for our free time. We started each day learning about various worldviews, successfully weaving God's creation with known scientific facts, and preparing to share a solid testimony about salvation and faith in biblical teachings. Each island visit was a fantastic mini-vacation where we could marvel at God's handy work in nature, relax with friends, and shop for a few "treasures" to remind us of the lovely experience. The group excursions allowed us to rest and relax or remain active and explore. The Mind Games Cruise is a valuable way to study spiritually, while delighting in fellowship and praising God's holy name! Amen!!!" [Jim and Dianne Boswell]
